You will be part of a team as the first point of contact to public callers.
You will be responsible to answer enquiries, requests and help the callers in a polite, professional manner.
Basic call taking and domain knowledge training will be provided.
You will have to be proactive in learning and applying the knowledge appropriately.

• High customer service orientation
• IT savvy
• Ability to multitask
