Job Description

  • Manage internal and external correspondence

  • Manage appointments and arrange meetings, corporate functions and meetings

  • Assist senior management to work

  • Ensure purchases and processes are in compliant with world-wide trade import/export.

  • Guest /┬áVisitor management - co-ordinate lunch, dinner meetings, local travel arrangements


  • Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Diploma with at least 8 years admonition experience in an MNC environment is also acceptable

    Preferably with experience in general office, HR and cash flow management. (Salaries, employment contracts, liaise with CPF Board, etc)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of computer programs such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
