Java J2EE Application Consultant/System Analyst

Role

You will be involved in the entire software development life cycle including application development, implementation, maintenance and post implementation review. In addition, you will assist in integration testing which include diagnosing program defects, integration and performance issues and to recommend and carry out necessary follow-ups. The role requires you to be hands-on and you will be involved in providing user support requires investigating and troubleshooting issues, as well as providing timely improvements / resolutions to address problems / incidents encountered.

Responsibilities

As a developer, you will be responsible for many phases of the software development lifecycle including technical research, requirements analysis, high level and technical design, implementation of enhancements to the product, unit testing, debugging, and maintenance.

Produce system documentation such as support and troubleshooting guides

System integration test case development and execution

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer-related discipline

Keen to start your career as a Developer specializing in one or more of the following languages, tools and technologies:

Java, MQ Series, Weblogic, Websphere, OOAD

J2EE, EJB, JSP, Struts DB2

Must be hands-on and enjoys programming

Candidates working with Ministry of Education Project (School Cockpit) experience will be preferred
