Business development Manager



Responsibilities:



You will be responsible for the sales development of the region’s key accounts, end users and partners, as well as defining market potential.


You will identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for existing and new accounts. You will need to manage sales activities & events by providing timely pipeline forecasts in line with the sales and marketing plan to achieve your assigned sales targets



Candidates Pre-requisite:


- Degree/Diploma


- 3-5 years regional sales experience preferably with IT background


- Prior sales experience in BPO, Document Management Solutions or


Solution Centric Selling will be advantageous


- Prior engagement with clients from Insurance, Banks and Healthcare verticals will be advantageous


- Highly aggressive


- Self motivated


- Creative and innovative


- Good presentation skills


- Good communication skills


- Result-oriented and sales-focused


- Meticulous and attention to detail


- Willingness to learn


- Able to work independently and a team player


- Able to multi-task and perform under stress


- Possess high energy level and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
