Customer Support & Business Development Manager
Reporting to the General Manager - Accessories, you will provide the Sales and Marketing Services to all our customers in Asia Pacific region.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
· Responsible for improving Company’s market share to meet the approved target
· Implement Strategic initiatives to protect and grow sales
· Maintain excellent Customer Service Relationship at all times
· Responsible for complying Company’s commitment to customers regarding delivery, quantity, and quality
· Actively promote Company’s products and services to oil and gas companies and markets assigned by Company not limited to Philippines, New Zealand, Thailand, and Vietnam.
· Provide regular updates in opportunities and threats in markets related to Company’s products and services
· Provide technical assistance to customers
· Other projects or ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
