Responsibilities

* To conduct baseline studies of all existing machine.
* To draft TPM master plan / schedule.
* To draft machine TPM check list.
* To form TPM working committee.
* To launch companywide TPM program.
* To setup system to track machine efficiency / breakdown.
* To generate reports relating to machine performance, budgeting and etc .
* To plan and execute continuous improvement projects relating to production machines.
* To conduct tool box meeting and training when called for.
* To assist Dept Manager to maintain budget according to plan and track monthly expenditure.
* To participate and support all HSE programs.
* To raise PR for parts / service procurement.
* To setup system for spare parts inventory.
* To sit in at least one committee when invited.
* To used CAD software for drawing machine layout and spare parts
* To participate in machine relocation project.
* To look for parts substitution when appropriate.
* To participate in all Audits such as HSE,FM Global, ISO and etc.

Main Tasks

To support / execute implementation of TPM program.

Requirements

* Knowledge of electrical control system and panel wiring
* Able to study electrical drawing and components
* Troubleshooting CNC machines and servo controls
* Able to read and understand PLC program
* Basic knowledge of machine mechanical function
* Knowledge of electrical component maker and supplier
* Knowledge of Tig welding machine controls and component
* Knowledge of overhead crane function and electrical controls
* Able to adopt work culture and work pressure
* Able to work with minimum supervision
* Based on company requirement to work night shift and overtime
* Be proactive and follow company safety standard and HSC
