Marketing Assistant (Entry Level)

Job Description

Duties include:

• Assisting the Business Development Manager and supporting the Sales team with marketing activities.


• Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.


• Lead Generation management


• Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications (EDM, Newsletters, Promotional materials, etc.)


• Attend to events and meetings organised by partners and vendors


• Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required


• Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.


• Writing articles and promotional material for the company.


• Preparing interesting written copy for the website.


• Manage, Update and Upload marketing material to corporate website, online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.


• Updating and maintaining the marketing department\\\'s documentation and databases.


• Keep record of marketing statistics and churn out periodic reports to be presented to the management
