- Involve in Project materials purchase to stock based on MPS
- Monitor and track materials stock availability upon item GR
- Conduct Spares meeting and update current material status to other team members
- Expedite materials shortages through cohesive discussion on regular basis with inter-department team members
- Involve in SNCA and resolve materials issue with other team members
- Monitor the generation of Purchase Requisite (PR) for materials purchase
- Lead and Monitor all Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) items for Project
- Build up close working relationship with VMI vendors and ensure visibility on VMI inventory at vendor location
- Monitor Production’s requirement for VMI items and take lead in coordinating with vendor to bring in the right quantity at the right time
- Monitor Actual response time taken by warehouse for the flow of material from Warehouse to Production based on scheduled timeline

- Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably with 3PL experience
- Good in MS Excel is an added advantage
- Knowledge in SAP system, SSA WMS system is an added advantage
- Good attitude, positive thinking towards change and good interpersonal skill
- Able to multi task and work independently in a fast paced environment
