Purchasing Executive

JD:
- Provide procurement support for indirect material and asset purchases
- Source, select, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for the best contract terms and conditions at company interest
- Manage PR/PO processing throughout the purchasing circle which include of 3/4 ways match for supplier\\\'s Payment and ensure timely delivery of purchases and services
- Establish letter Credit and manage different payment method to supplier in accordance to Company’s corporate governance policy
- Manage Contract Terms and Conditions and exercise company’s right when is necessary

Requirements
- Diploma in Purchasing or Engineering discipline with at least 5-8 years purchasing experience
- Proficient in MS office
- Possess ERP(SAP)knowledge will be an added advantage
- Possess purchasing knowledge
- Good sourcing and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the commercial Terms and Condition and intercoms
- Independent, self-motivated, result oriented with ability to work under pressure
- Ability in problem solving
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
