Java/J2EE, Senior Consultant (Team Lead)

Responsibilities

Perform user requirements gathering and analysis

Lead the team in coding, testing and deploying the solution for trial and production

Perform development in a highly available enterprise web application and messaging system on Java Platform

In the event of service outrage, to perform troubleshoot, implement swift workaround and communicate incident impact to senior management and customers

Possesses strong problem solving skills (especially in Java EE, Spring Framework and SQL), and able to think out of the box to create work-arounds, as well as executing data patching, to provide temporary work-around solutions

Develop solution enhancements based on requests from product managers.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Application Development or System Integration (SI) projects with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high quality standards

A team player, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship.
