HR Executive (6 months contract)


Job:



· Be part of Compensation and Benefits team in processing of monthly payroll, handle all CPF and Income Tax matters


· Facilitate in Compensation Administration on Advance Variable Bonus, January pro-rated Salary and March Variable Bonus payout


· Manage staff benefits and claims


· Leave Administration


· Maintain and update employee information in SAP system for payroll processing


· Any other tasks/ projects that may be assigned from time to time




Requirements:



· At least a Diploma in Business Administration/HRM or equivalent


· At least 2-3 years’ relevant working experience in payroll and compensation


· Proficient in SAP would be an added advantage


· Good presentation and communication skills
