Network Team Lead

Responsibilities:

· Plan, lead and manage the team.

· Prepare reports and analyses network performance.

· Provide Technical Lead to the team

· First point of contact to customer for daily operation matters and ensures tickets are attended in a timely manner.

Requirements:

·

· Minimum CCNP, 6-8 years of experience managing a Financial industry enterprise network and leading a team of engineers.

· Knowledge of ITIL processes, experience in administrating & installing Cisco products (Nexus, ASR), experience in non-cisco products such as (Bluecoat, Checkpoint, F5, Fortigate, Riverbed).

· Experienced in driving a team in maintaining service levels, problem resolution and escalations.
