The most important thing, the EEHA inspector must have certificate, or Statement of Attainment, from a Registered Training Organization (RTO) in Australia, on following Competency Unit:


· UEENEEM080A: Report on the integrity of explosion-protected equipment in a hazardous area


· UEENEEM042A: Conduct visual inspection of hazardous area installations


· UEENEEM044A: Conduct detailed inspection of hazardous area installation – gas atmospheres


· UEENEEM046A:  Conduct detailed inspection of hazardous area installation – pressurization


All above competency unit must be clearly stated in the certificate / Statement of Attainment.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage the company’s quality system for the Project program. Understand the requirement for the program requirement (INPEX, SHI and DSME), DNV, the relevant marine standards and Australian electrical standards (EEHA Certificate).

  • Implement and monitor the company’s quality system during the Project program.

  • Carry out quality training for project program staff, ensure that the necessary QA or QC documentation as the project requirement.

  • Carry out Internal audit on the running projects to assess the project’s quality is achieved. Submit necessary QA/QC documentation to the INPEX and EPC’s

  • Participate and assess in the quality procedure for each project (FPSO and CPF) within the Project program.

  • Provide monthly report on the projects quality system and the adherence to quality procedure to project management team.

  • Authorize to stop shipment /work if non – conformance found during packing process; as per company or project requirement.

  • Authorize to implement the changes to Project; project process workflow approved by the Program Director.


Requirements:



  • Five years’ experience working the telecom or control system.

  • Must have experience in marine or shipyard.

  • Minimum  three years working experience as QA/QC.

  • Must be able to travel extensively.

  • Ability to do documentation work and write procedures.
