Responsibilities



  1. Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process

  2. Developing a good understand of customer and candidates\\\' needs & ensure candidate matches customer\\\'s requirement

  3. Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media

  4. Review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to IT Software position requirements

  5. Reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates;

  6. negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between customer and candidates;

  7. Handle HR matters relating to the manpower provided to the Customers to ensure smooth running of the Customers’ operations

    1. Prepare regular recruitment report to the HR Manager

    2. Assist HR Executive in other HR job



Requirements



  1. Diploma or Degree in any discipline

  2. Min 3 years experience in recruitment, sales, business development or customer service preferred

  3. Experience in IT based Recruitment or IT knowledge

  4. Highly motivated to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment

  5. Good negotiation and persuasive skills

  6. Resourceful and proactive

  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  8. Enjoy interacting with people and bubbly nature
