Facilities Maintenance

- Coordinate with contractor if there is any breakdown (lift, aircon, fire alarm &etc)

- Preparation & issuing of staff access card

- Oversee our security guard performance

- Replenish of office stationery, letterhead, envelope

- Pantry sundries items, Pantry Beverages, Toilet item, Light Bulb item

- Yearly maintenance contract, inclusive of our tenant yearly contract


- Source& Registration of courses

- Full maintain of training records

- Others HR support as & when requires

Admin Function

- Group Insurance claim (Medical, WMC &etc)

- Yearly Health screening for staff

- Other Administrative support as & when requires

Job Requirement

- Min O level qualification

- Willing to do facilities role

- Min 2years’ experience in handling admin role
