Responsibilities:



  • Process customer PO and perform order entry

  • Co-ordinate with order status and update customer

  • Co-ordinate and track farm – out activities and issue gate pass

  • Maintain records for traceability and housekeeping

  • Assist superior to carry out activities toward meeting department goals and objectives

  • Any other duties as assigned by management


Requirements:



  • Minimum ‘O’ level / ITE qualification with 1 year of administrative duties experience, preferably in the similar industry

  • Basic IT proficiency in using email and internet application is a MUST

  • Able to read technical drawings is an added advantage

  • Fast learner, work independently and able to work in a fast pace environment

  • A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
