Responsibilities:















































  • On Boarding Admin Support to PMO and Innovation Centre



When Required




  • Collect and Distribute mails (twice a day for Omega & Star 2 & L7 Omega)



Daily




  • Telephone List Update



Weekly




  • Filing of Documents



Monthly




  • Distribute stationeries



When Required




  • Reception Management



When Required




  • Raise PR/Cheque requisition and arrange for payment of invoices



When Required




  • Meeting Room Management for (L6 & L7)



Daily




  • Backup for Receptionist in the Absence of L1 Receptionist (Doris)



When Required




  • Preparation of Refreshment for AMM Part 2 Meeting



When Required



Requirements:



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, ITC/NTC equivalent.

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
