| Sales Manager, Managed Services
You are required to introduce portfolio of Managed Services solutions and ICT services to achieve a high share-of-wallet in the account. You are required to understand customer’s businesses, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organisation and to focus on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives through ICT solution sales. You are required to ensure revenue and profit targets are met.
You also required to conduct high impact sales presentations and to prepare sales proposal. To engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organisation and ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction levels with every Customer engagement.
You are required to Build pipelines and develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain existing accounts.
1. Minimum 3 years of proven sales, business development or account management track record in IT Outsourcing or Telecommunications.
2. Technical knowledge in the areas of unified communications, networking, server and storage
3. Good to possess understanding of ITSM framework and advantageous to have ITIL V3 certification
4. Experience in working with external suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing
5. Experience in working with internal suppliers to determine scope and optimize internal costs
6. Experience in working with customers to gather requirements and scope of work required
7. High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented
8. Dedicated & excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Good public speaking and communication skills
10. Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
11. To be an independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers.
