Responsibility


1. Oversee the smooth running of the CS dept, providing leadership and support to achieve excellent customer service and on-time delivery


2. Handling of customers’ enquiries and complaints


3. Institute corrective action and recovery plans if required


4. Provide coaching and training for the team


5. Ensure close monitoring of delivery status



Requirement


1. Good leadership with relevant experience in driving a team


2. Objective and demanding


3. Must have an eye for details


4. Been able to guide and supervise the team and monitor their work activities closely to ensure on the delivery


5. Good communication and interpersonal skills


6. Min Diploma in Engineering (prefer Mechanical)


7. Able to work under stress to hit monthly revenue


8. ERP system experience is preferred
