The successful candidate will be working closely supporting the Account Managers/ Directors in the Business Development/ Sales Function.

The role would also requires liaising with customer before the PO is issued - the details include putting together a quote based on the agencies\\\' requirements, work with the agencies on their requirements, ensure the timeline provided by agencies can be met by all stakeholders and any other requests escalated for attention.

He/she will also assist the Account Managers/ Directors to prepare the requirement specifications and prepare the needy documentation when the client would call for an RFQ.

Other general duties may include the followings:

  • Handling of enquiry calls

  • Provision of quotations to customers with advise on lead time on materials

  • Order processing & Supply Chain Management (sales orders, delivery orders etc)

  • Monitor material needs & co-ordinate material purchase (PR, PO)

  • Maintaining stock inventory (replenishment, stock aging, etc)

  • Responsible for report generation & data/ statistics compilation for customer and team


  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Administration/ Customer Service/ Order Fulfillment related position

  • Prior working experience from a ICT industry will be a added advantage

  • Good working knowledge in MS Office Application

  • Possess a high level of maturity with excellent organizational skills

  • Positive attitude with customer service mindset, ability to work in a team and positive attitude

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, often within short periods of time with frequent interruptions and considerable pressure due to immediate deadlines
